What is the delivery time for my order?

For most products, the delivery time is 2 to 4 workdays.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders above € 70,- have free shipping in the Netherlands and in Belgium. If you have a lower order amount, then the shipping costs are €5,95.

The shipping costs to Germany are always €8,95

How can I reach El4YU if I have a question regarding my order?

Can I also order a customized product?

Call us +31 165 857548, so we can dig into the possibilities for you. (mon to fri 10:00 am – 5:00 pm) or send us an e-mail with your request info@EL4YU.com.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to return the product within 14 days, without giving a reason. Within this period, you are allowed to look at the product, judge and/or measure it like you would do in a shop.

To return a product, open the return form here, print it and fill the form. Add the form tot he return package and ship it to us. Be advised that the package is stamped, the shipping costs for return shipping is for your own account.. We advise you to use a traceable way of shipping and to keep the ticket.
